When purchasing, you will be asked select a 5-minute time slot. This is not a live lesson — it simply secures your purchase for Video Analysis. The selected date becomes your official video submission date, and videos must be uploaded within one week of that date.

Example:
If you select and purchase from March 1, ideally you upload your videos on March 1 and no later than March 7.

• If you upload before March 1, your one-week feedback timeline still begins on March 1.

• If you upload after March 1, your one-week feedback timeline begins on the day you submit.

This structure allows for organized scheduling and ensures detailed, personalized feedback for each athlete.
